About Raglan
Raglan Housing Association has over 35 years' experience in providing affordable housing. We currently own and manage over 12,300 well designed, quality affordable homes in the Midlands, East and South.
In line with our vision we plan to increase this number through planned growth that achieves more efficient management and maintenance costs and significantly increases our presence in local communities where we are currently working. This means that we are always looking at new initiatives that support our plans and we are keen to develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures with other housing associations and local authorities.
We provide homes to rent, buy and rent-to-buy for families and young and elderly people. We also provide a variety of sheltered and supported housing schemes including three women's refuges - one specifically for Asian women and a Foyer for young people plus projects for both elderly and physically disabled people.
We recognise that different people have different needs and therefore build homes to reflect this.
Not only do we want to build high quality homes; we want to build lasting communities where residents are at the heart of everything we do.
