As an organisation we are constantly striving to improve the services that our customers receive and this role will be at the heart of that process. Whether reviewing service performance, piloting new initiatives or promoting continuous improvement, the post holder will actively help raise standards and drive business efficiency.
Analytical experience and particularly within a business improvement function would be desirable, however we would be interested in talking to anybody with a successful track record of leading and managing service change.
