Contract Surveyor

£27,406-£33,119 + car/allowance
Working closely with the contractor team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive maintenance service to the residents of over 1,400 homes within our established policies and procedures. This will include weekly meetings to monitor performance as well as carrying out pre and post repair inspections. You will also need to issue works orders for the purchase of services, check invoices and produce monthly reports.
To be successful, you will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the maintenance of building and services, a minimum HNC in Building Services and a current driving licence. Excellent customer relation skills and a solution focused approach is also essential.
